One-hundred students of Tomsk State University (TSU) received the first in the city campus single electronic card that can be used for banking operations and obtaining scholarships, and as a library card, the university said on Tuesday.
According to the press service of the TSU, the first hundred holders of common electronic cards Sberbank were students of the Psychology Department. Cards students handed over the first vice-rector of TSU Galazhinsky Edward and Deputy Governor of Tomsk branch of Sberbank of Russia Oleg Khodus.
